Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself.
Peace is not found, it is created. It requires you to make decisions, to perhaps set boundaries, or have those uncomfortable conversations with self & others. It requires acceptance of many things and maybe even forgiveness.
Only then, will you say that you have found peace.
Train your mind to be ready for anything.
Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you.
Imagine how much time and energy is wasted worrying about what they are thinking or doing.
Focus on yourself.
As we get older, the future diminishes in importance, the opportunity to enjoy the present grows stronger. Just being. Just this. Now.

Dear Rarestsparkle
Love your blog, it gives me inspiration everyday! I wanted to ask a question, I recently had an unsettling dream that woke me up. When I read about the dreams potential meanings they were not good. How do I stay positive in light of this? Or am I giving it too much power over my life? When if anything I should meet the potential subconscious warning with positive deeds. It’s all a bit confusing. But I’d love to hear your thoughts if possible and either way thanks for your encouraging inspiring posts!!!
Everything is ebbs and flows. Don’t read too much into it; it won’t do you any good to worry we just have to be in the moment. It may not be things you can work out right away but maybe stuff the subconscious is bringing to the surface. Continue to be mindful and let your decisions be guided by your heart. Be positive about the lessons you are learning and choose to see them as the blessings they are.
You will receive abundantly!
Avoiding certain people to protect your emotional and mental health is not a weakness, it’s wisdom.
